CQ9 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CQ9. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and CQ9 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account or using any part of the CQ9 platform — whether through the website at cq9.pl, through the CQ9 mobile app, or through any other access point we provide — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or continue using the platform. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and CQ9.

1. Eligibility

To register and use a CQ9 account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of the Philippines.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion or account restriction that would prohibit you from gambling online.

CQ9 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you are found to be under 21 or ineligible under these Terms, your account will be suspended, any pending transactions will be voided, and funds may be held pending review.

2. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one CQ9 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to keep this information up to date. CQ9 will not be liable for issues arising from inaccurate registration details provided by you.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification. This process requires you to submit government- issued identification and may include additional documents at CQ9's discretion. Verification protects your account and ensures that withdrawals are processed to the correct individual.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately. CQ9 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login details.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on CQ9 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and we do not process transactions via credit cards or cryptocurrency. Accepted funding channels include Philippine e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya) and Philippine online banking and bank transfer services.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your CQ9 account after confirmation from your chosen payment channel. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed during the deposit process. CQ9 does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Processing times vary depending on the channel and are outlined on the Withdrawal page. CQ9 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before releasing funds on any withdrawal request.

Minimum Balance & Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity review. CQ9 will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before any administrative action is taken on an inactive account.

4. Gameplay and Fair Use

CQ9 offers a range of games including slots, fish games, live casino, and sports betting. All slot and table games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Sports betting markets are managed through verified data feeds.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks, false identity claims, or payment manipulation.
• Accessing the platform through unauthorised means or using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions.

CQ9 reserves the right to void bets or game results where there is reasonable evidence of rule violations, technical errors, or data feed failures. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the affected accounts where technically feasible.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

CQ9 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback arrangements, or other promotional rewards from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, or expiry conditions.

General bonus rules that apply across all CQ9 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be used in gameplay according to the stated conditions of each offer.
• CQ9 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or adjust its terms if evidence of misuse or abuse is detected.
• Winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering conditions stated in the specific promotion terms.

CQ9 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus at any time. Promotional offers are provided at the sole discretion of CQ9 and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

6. Privacy and Data

CQ9 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data for the purposes outlined in that document, including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service communications.

CQ9 uses SSL encryption across the platform and implements OTP-based verification for sensitive account actions. Your personal and financial data is handled with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

7. Responsible Gaming

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We detect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Your account is found to belong to a person under 21 or otherwise ineligible.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, CQ9 reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived balance and to void pending bets at its discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

CQ9 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error- free operation at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CQ9 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Technical interruptions, delays, or errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your own negligence.
• Decisions made by you in the course of gameplay or sports betting.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

CQ9 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with your account, or through a notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of your CQ9 account after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
